At Heini’s Cheese, we purchase the milk from over 200 local Amish Farms and transport it directly to our processing plant. These are small, family farms with an average herd size of 8-10 cows. Using this all natural, artificial hormone free milk, Heini’s Master Cheese-makers produce a complete menu of All Natural cheese in styles ranging from Deli Wheels, Slicing Loaves, Longhorn Style, Cracker Cuts and Half Moons.
